Ms. Kajal Goyal is a graduate in Commerce from Kalindi College, University of Delhi and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI).
On completing her internships from prominent firms of Delhi, she has provided corporate consultancy services to top brands like Adidas, Oyo Rooms, Reebok, Dassault Systems, etc. She has hand-on experience in Listing and Capital Market Compliances, Secretarial Audit, Approvals and NOCs from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Reserve Bank of India, Insurance Development and Authority of India (IRDA) and other allied authorities, FEMA Compliances and Management Consultant.
